Fun on the Web March 17 2017 Hope Instilled

Went to an interesting seminar tonight where one of the speakers was the founder of "Hope Instilled" which is a non-profit organization reaching out to others living with chronic pain or illness. The site talks about learning ways to live with pain instead of the pain controlling our lives. Learning how foods and diet affect our pain and inflammation. Learning about alternative treatment options and talking with others who live with chronic pain in a non-judgemental setting to vent, ask questions, give support to others.

The site also talks about the 5 Truths and I agree after my last year

Truth 1...
The pain is unseen but very real.

Chronic pain triggers other health problems.

Truth 3
Chronic pain is unpredictable.

Chronic pain serves no purpose.

Fun on the Web March 7 2017 Roku

So I am relatively new to Roku. When I cut the cord the last time, I watched on a bigger flat screen attached to my computer. Now I am ready to do it again. I have been exploring what I can do with my Roku and my Smart TV, I have been poking around on the Roku blog to find these.

Fun on the Web March 1,2017 Cutting the Cord Again - TV Watching

Got my cable bill which went up almost $25 without any change of service. I am ready to cut the cord again but this time I have strategies different than watching on my computer with a Smart TV in one room and Roku in the other.
