Fun on the Web May 22 2017 End of Therapy
It's been a crazy busy month. End of therapy for now but it was accelerated for a few weeks and now I have many at home exercises to build strength. I went back to the PT to determine what I could drop since I was up to 25 different exercises! I see the neurosurgeon on June 8th. Still doing the walk most Saturdays with others and now adding one Thursday evening along the Fox River and during the day, once a week, is "Training for Hiking" started by someone else.
