This week has been crazy! St Patty's Day Tuesday with cocktails at work from 4-6, a bit of skin cancer removed Wednesday, Thursday I hosted a "Painting with Kitchen Utensils" class at the library (boy that was interesting but really fun), and last night was Fish Fry for 20 people I am acquainted with through one of my Meetup groups. I wish I could have been sleeping in today but no such luck.The kids were getting ready to go to a convention in Illinois. Then I made Cinnamon Rolls, a Mushroom Omlette and burned the bacon for breakfast. We tried it but it was too far gone.

Do you ever bake your bacon? It's easy: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lay the bacon in a pan, lined with aluminum foil, and bake for 15 to 20 but that doesn't mean forget about it. That was my mistake. Oh well it was only a half pound and I could eat a few of the less black ones. Sigh....well it's off to the market.

While I was unemployed I let my stock piles run down so it's stock up time. During my research on Diet Coke since there is NONE in the HOUSE I found this:
